How to Prepare for my Propane Delivery

You don't need to do much to prepare for a delivery- just take the steps below and then sit back, relax and we'll take care of it. 

• Please make sure the tank is accessible and fences/gates are unlocked. If there has been recent snow or ice, please ensure your driveway is clear of snow and ice and there's a clear path to the propane tank. Review the important reminders found in the Winter Safety Guidelines.
• In most cases you do not need to be present for your propane delivery. We'll complete your delivery and can send a text message with your delivery details. If a leak check is required, we will need someone over the age of 18 present for your delivery.
