  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 1 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 cup light brown sugar

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  1. In one bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In another large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer, then beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in dry ingredients until just combined, and then stir in chocolate chips by hand. Refrigerate ingredients for about 2 hours.

  2. When dough is ready, heat grill to medium heat, around 325 – 375 degrees.

  3. Form dough into small balls and place about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Place the cookie sheet in the center of the grill, over indirect heat. Close the lid and grill for about 13-15 minutes.

  4. Repeat until all dough is used and enjoy!
