Grilled Grapes

Think outside the fruit salad for one hot minute. Take these sweet treats, add a little spice and toss onto the grill for a minute to make a unique Frostbite. This healthy treat is great alone, or served with a little grilled bread and cheese.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • About 1 lb. grapes
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes.
  2. Toss grapes in the mixture and leave to marinate, about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat grill to high; place grapes on the grate. Grill about 30 seconds, flip and grill about 30 seconds more.
  4. Return grapes to marinade to cool for about 10 minutes, drizzling with marinade periodically.
  5. Break the grapes into small bunches, then serve alone - or with a cheese plate.
